Scientific is a Tridium, BACnet certified company. Certified for the newest version and the last several versions of the software. We can connect to: BACnet, LON, CCN (Carrier Comfort Network), MOD bus, Johnson Controls, Daikin VRF and others

Design and Installation

The project will be provided with: Engineering, Submittals, Software, Detailed Wiring Diagrams, Devices, Installation, Start up and printed book.  Network Electricians, under Scientific, Install the Wiring, Conduit and Panels.

Design Only

The Project will be provided with: Engineering, Submittals, Software, Detailed Wiring Schematics, Control Panels, Start up and Printed book.  The Customer will provide the Installation of the Control Panels, Wiring and Devices.

VRF Networks

The control network wiring for Variable Freon Flow system has the same requirements as any network wiring: Network Diagrams, Wiring Numbers, and Addresses on a Schematic. Scientific provides Network Drawings, Startup and Set up for VRF systems.  Internet and computer connections can usually be added to new or existing VRF networks.

Small Systems

Many projects have a requirement to control just one or two devices.  A pump or fan control pressure or flow. One or two Air handlers need , Demand Control Ventilation,  and/or Humidity. We are as excited for the challenge of a single device as a many story building.  Small or big we are always looking for control problems to solve.

Classic Control Systems

Just because it is old, does not mean it needs to be replaced.  There is extensive knowledge of the older control systems at Scientific that gives us the ability to either: repair, expand or up-grade an; existing Pneumatic, Electronic or Relay logic control system.
