Scope Of Work
Castillo Real is a member of the exclusive Ascend Collection. It’s a beautiful boutique hotel that is steps away from the Atlantic Ocean. Tasked to maintain the Mediterranean feel while creating a brighter more current atmosphere in the guest rooms, HRD took its cue from the beautiful St. Augustine historic area. The new customcase goods in a two tone finish with Barley Twist detail and granite tops compliment the updated window treatments and bedding. Hues of fuchsia, lemon and orange provide pops of color against the soothing wall and carpet tones. The guest rooms are now airy, bright and beautiful. Impact Properties, who manages Castillo Real, is recognized for a quality guest experiences. HRD is pleased to work with them as they continue to improve hotel properties in Northeast Florida.
