Scope Of Work
Butler-Cohen completed the renovation of this educational building for Richard Milburn Academy in September 2017. The project consisted of interior reconstruction of approximately 15,000 SF of existing commercial storefront space, including drywall assemblies, interior finishes, doors, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and roofing improvements. The school is located in Pasadena, Texas, and will serve high school students.
