Scope Of Work

Butler-Cohen is providing construction of two separate buildings for Haldor Topsoe. The first is a new 13,310 sf, two-story Administration building. This facility is being constructed above a new at-grade parking area. It will be complete with offices, conference rooms, break rooms, men’s and women’s restrooms on each level, IT server room, electrical room, and stair and elevator access to each floor. This new building will also receive new drainage and site paving in coordination with Harris County. Butler-Cohen is also building a 4,400-sf Change Room facility that has both men’s and women’s locker rooms to allow Haldor Topsoe employees to leave all dirty clothing onsite and leave clean each day. This facility is being constructed using tilt wall panels on top of an elevated slab.
