These logs detail maintenance performed not only monthly, but quarterly, semi-annually and annually, as well as all service calls, possible issues found during maintenance, and when and who performed the maintenance or responded to the call.
• We pride ourselves on rapid response times for our contracted elevators. Our response times for an emergency call are usually less than 60 minutes. For non-emergencies the times are less than 4 hours. 
• We provide emergency service 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All of our calls are answered by a live member of our staff, no automation or answering services.

Innovative Elevator Inc. is a full service inspection Agency. We are available for Third-Party Witnessing and Performing of Category 1 and Category 5 inspections on all vertical transportation devices both privately and commercially owned.
