Scope Of Work

During this project, crews excavated, loaded, and shipped over 38,000 CY of contaminated soil and and placed over 57,000 CY of clean backfill from excavations encompassing seven acres.  The project resulted in the closure of three former lagoons and installation of new storm sewer system on the south side of the property.

Crews and subcontractors demolished/ disposed of 47 different structures resulting in over 10K tons of demolition debris transported offsite for disposal.  Over 6,000 truck loads of various site materials safely traversed the manufacturing facility during the project. Civil construction included a new oil-water separator, a 440 LF trapezoidal concrete channel, a new concrete outfall structure and rip rap embankment, a 740 LF trapezoidal channel, and two, existing RCP pipelines were re-routed and connected to the channel.

This successful project highlights Frontier’s ability to manage large scale demolition and remediation efforts with multiple concurrent tasks utilizing a diverse cross section of subcontractors.
