Scope Of Work
In the Capital District's Albany County, Bethlehem CSD is an Albany suburb school system comprised of seven school buildings, the Transportation Center and the Operations & Maintenance Department. Overall, there are approximately one million square feet of facilities to support the District’s enrollment of 4,700 students.
The District's $20.2 million renovations project included multi-phased work consisting of roofing, technology / communications / security system upgrades, major MEP, athletic fields & outdoor courts, site work, asbestos abatement, masonry repairs, swimming pool renovations, kitchen & cafeteria renovations, and new playgrounds.
