Project Inspector on a joint use City of Sacramento Library and SCUSD Mini High School. The project is a Class 1 project. The project cost is accumulative 54 Million Dollars. The construction consists of concrete foundations, wood and steel frame construction. The project start date was on or about September 27, 2008 and completed on or about May 2010. The project consist of type V, type I and Type II construction. The City of Sacramento Library building achieved the distinguished “LEED GOLD.
