Scope Of Work
Project Inspector 8 million Dollar Theater in Natomas Unified School District. The project is structural steel, masonry block and poured in place concrete. This project completed 12-2006. The project consist of type IA construction. The project was a LEED silver project.
The project was a joint venture with school bond money and private money and was heralded by then Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a model for what can happen throughout California when people work together.
