Design/Build Work including Design Requirements: prepare and excavate the Sites; demolish and remove any existing improvements; obtain Governmental Approvals; remove and dispose of demolition or construction debris and unused soil excavated; design and construct the Plants; conduct commissioning and start-up operations; conduct Acceptance Tests; and decommission existing structures and equipment.
