Scope Of Work
Install new 600K infrared CoRayVac system of heaters in Hi-Bay 80 x 110 shop. Correct exhaust system so shop is always in a negative pressure so smells do not permeate the office area. Redirect New York blower to outside and use as exhaust fan for building purge. New York fan will operate off a exhaust gas monitor and a manual override. Also revamp existing exhaust fan and calibrate to achieve proper daily air changes and negative pressure for the shop.
