Scope Of Work
Working through an unusually wet fall and cold winter, Brechbill & Helman were able to deliver a 72,000 SF Varco Pruden ‘Transbay Design’ manufacturing building on time and on budget. Included in the complex are a 7,500 SF slab on grade office area (separated by a three-hour firewall), a silo pad for plastic pellet storage and an 80,000 SF outdoor storage slab adjacent to a railsiding, all part of a 21-acre site. Cost control was achieved through the building team’s expert application of value engineering on the site, mechanical/electrical systems and the building.
