Scope Of Work
Nestled on beautifully landscaped acres, Homewood at Williamsport provides 80 beds in the continuing care retirement community. The state-of-the-art two story facility utilizes the “pod” concept where individual rooms are arranged around a central living area. Incorporating the latest in technology, the campus offers its residents an array of amenities to create a community atmosphere. Some amenities include a bank, beauty/ barber shop, country store, fitness center, greenhouse, massage therapy, chapel, picnic area, nature trail, restaurant and more.
