Scope Of Work
CoCo Nails and Spa in Chambersburg, PA opened in 2020 to provide the North End with specialized and luxurious services. Brechbill and Helman were able to work closely with the owner to help design and layout the best utilization of the space
This shell building contains three tenant spaces which one is used for the Spa. The interior framing was a mix of drywall and acoustical ceilings. A simulated stone veneer exterior and large window treatments brings quality and beauty together. Brechbill & Helman’s foundation of highest quality and commitment to our partners reflects the same standards CoCo Nails & Spa has for their customers.
The Beer Corner in Chambersburg, PA was tapped in 2019 to provide the North End with specialized and convenient service. Brechbill and Helman were able to work closely with the owner to help design and layout the best utilization of the space
This shell building contains three tenant spaces which one was used for the Beer Corner. The interior framing was a mix of light gauge metal and eye catching raw wood. A decent percentage of the space is a custom built walk-in cooler to offer customers quality products. Brechbill & Helman’s foundation of highest quality and commitment to our partners reflects the same standards The Beer Corner has for their customers.
