Scope Of Work
The New Chambersburg Retail Space contained a mix of restaurants and retail which included: Aspen Dental, Buffalo Wild Wings, Mattress Firm and Pie Five. As the new tenants signed on, we effectively handled the changes in the scope of work for the new retail space.
The construction for this project consisted of the installation for the interior framing and creating the shell of the 8 unit, three building project.
The exterior face of the Aspen Dental and Mattress Firm building featured a blend of architectural stone and EFIS. This project took approximately 7 months to complete.
