Scope Of Work
We were contracted from an HOA management company to paint the exterior trim on townhomes in the Terrace At Lehigh Neighborhood. The management company phases through the neighborhood painting about 30-40 homes each year according to when they were built. We have completed the maintenance painting for this community for 3 consecutive years.
