Scope Of Work
We primed and painted all of the exterior composite trim around the windows and corners of the home. We spray primed all of hte walls and ceilings with zero voc multi-purpose primer. All of the trim was caulked and had any nail holes filled. We sprayed all fo the ceiling with 2 coats of Promar 200 zero voc flat paint. We brush and rolled all of the walls with 2 coats of Promar 200 zero voc flat paint, the entire home was custom painted with over 15 diferent colors. The built in office cabinets and shelving were primed and painted with 2 coats of zero voc semi-gloss paint. Finally all of the handrails on 2 stiarcases and balcony were stain with 2 coats of grey semi-transparent stain to match the floors. The exterior front doors were gel stained with the chosen color.
