Scope Of Work
All of the performed work was done while the building and 4th floor were fully occupied. We replace all of the existing ceiling tiles with new tiles and painted the existing grid. We demoed the existing flower bed and installed a custom handrail that was painted and stained according to the designers plans. We installed new crown molding and chair molding which was caulked and had nail holes filled. We also built 11 pilaster boxes that were installed at specific spots in the hallway. We patched holes left behind from removal of the old lighting and the removal of 3 old firehose stations. Finally all walls were primed and then painted with 2 coats of paint. The trim was painted with with 2 coats of semi-gloss paint.
