Scope Of Work
The New Orleans branch of Burns & Wilcox now occupies the entire 6th floor at 2121 Airline Dive. A 21,087 SF Class A office buildout to accommodate 75 employees. Amenities include five conference rooms, five private offices, three print centers, coffee bar, and a 1,200 SF kitchen and break area.
The space utilizes new and existing furniture. A swing space was established to be keep business operations functioning while workstations were repurposed.
