Scope Of Work
Doyon Project Services was contracted by USACE Norfolk District in 2011 to complete a bid-build roof replacement project at Warehouses 14 and 15 at the Defense Supply Center, Richmond, VA. This project included: removal of existing EPDM membrane roof; removal and replacement of all deteriorated support boards and wet wood decking boards, failed areas of flashing, delaminated roof system laps, degraded roof membrane areas (due to ultraviolet rays), roof membrane holes, and tears. The new roof membrane consists of a PVC membrane, 60 mils thick, with a highly reflective coating. The roofing waterproofing system provides an R38 insulation rating.
