Scope Of Work
Doyon Project Services contract include demolition of an existing restaurant space in historic Dahlgren Hall and converting it into a high-end student activity center /Student Union. Work included design, demolition, electrical upgrades, custom architectural finishes, ornamental iron work, built-in millwork, awnings, installation of fixed furnishings, and a state-of-the-art sound system. Work also included installation of high-end finishes to exacting standards in order to match the existing construction in Dahlgren Hall, one of the oldest and most visible structures at the U.S. Naval Academy. Total design and construction was accomplished in seven months.
