Scope Of Work
Edmonds School is an adaptive reuse condominium project in the heart of Capital Hill. This project involved the renovation of a very sensitive historic schoolhouse, into 20 luxury condominiums. Four large, group-up townhomes were also built next to the historic school and attached by a steel bridge.
Historic restoration of schoolhouse façade and certain interior structural elements.
20 luxury condominiums built on the interior of the school building.
Connection to new townhouse with glass and steel bridge.
4 large luxury townhomes built ground-up.
