With more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry and hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from Field Superintendent, Estimator, Project Manager and
Construction Manager to President of Electus Construction Inc.

David has focused his efforts by providing the most competitive estimates as well as unprecedented customer service. Always excelling in fi???nding a way to make a job better for our clients.

David currently holds an A.S Degree in Construction Management and completed 1 year of Business Education.

As estimator, Abel provides cost estimating services for design-build, hard bid, and negotiated construction projects throughout Southern California. 

He's helped complete many projects within the initial plan startups throughout project completion. He recognizes the importance of schedules and resources needed to successfully complete projects.

Abel is someone who brings a strong foundation with an ethical approach to all projects as well as life. 

George Castro brings 16 years of experience in the construction industry to his current position as Senior Project Manager and Estimator. 

George has gained well rounded experience in a range of construction project applications over his career. His ability to manage the sequencing of a project, coupled with strong client relationships, makes him a positive addition to any construction project team.

From working as estimator to overseeing projects as a project manager. Has extensive experience in overseeing small to large projects that range up to 10mil.  Always making sure that they are successful and efficient project turnovers.

In addition to his project management work, George is also heavily involved in his Church and ministry and currently holds a Pastoral degree.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry and with extensive knowledge of construction.

Alex is responsible for implementing and managing construction job tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.

He also coordinates manpower and project schedules and is able to peacefully resolve any emerging problems and issues, supervise and delegate responsibilities to all field personnel.

AMMIE OSEGUERA

As office administrator, Ammie strides to assist in all office personnel tasks as much as she can. Ammie is a dynamic, resourceful and energetic individual who is comfortable with being the go-to person for anything related to the seamless running of an office. There is never a task too small or too big for her.  She has completed her associates degree in Interior Architecture & Design. Ammie is currently pursuing a B.A in Business Administrator and also in process of a becoming a notary.

Andres has over 6 years of ConstructionSafety experience. At Electus he is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all safety programs, policies, and procedures. He has extensive education in Occupational Safety and Health and is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace. Andres provides leadership, training, and Safety information to all employees at Electus . Andres currently holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theology. 
 

Evelyn has held administrative
position for various companies as well as customer service supervisor. Her experience has made her passionate
about ensuring that all customers receive
the highest quality of service. She has been a part of the growth of this company from the beginning and is therefore exceptionally informed and invested. Evelyn plays the vital role of managing all administrative responsibilities.
