Scope Of Work
The Lake Shipp Park Restroom Replacement Project, completed for the City of Winter Haven, consisted of the following scopes of work:
Demolishing the existing restroom facility and capping of existing utilities.
Construction of a new restroom structure which included new underground piping for water, electric and sewer.
Boyer Building Corporation provided architectural drawings for permitting and managed the finished installation of the underground utilities, slab, block framing, roofing, plumbing, electrical and site work for this project.
