Scope Of Work
This entry project has an impressive single monument made of a cast-in-place concrete, 3’ x 30’ base while the gentle curve of the 3’ high Corten Steel sign face is imbedded in the concrete. The announcement of the subdivision is featured in 24” brushed aluminum letters with back lighting, to stand out as a simple but elegant introduction to the neighborhood. The 100’ retention wall features landscaping that is designed to maximize the impact of the existing Heritage Oak trees while the subtle lighting and an uncluttered long drive makes for an unforgettable entrance. The automated sliding, rod- iron, entry gate is anchored with stately stone columns that makes a statement of exclusivity. The remainder of the community features native landscape design, a dog park and an area with picnic tables to enjoy pleasant spring days outdoors. The fencing is 6’ ornamental fencing finished with a powder coat black. The stone and masonry work consists of cast-in-place concrete in a warm grey finish with existing site boulders placed as an accent. The Corten Steel sign face has a slight curve to accent the sign wall with reverse channel cut aluminum lettering in brushed silver.
