Scope Of Work

This Design-Build project included asbestos abatement, demolish interior walls and construct interior walls to provide programmed spaces, repair men and women latrines, replace all exterior doors and windows, install new doors and hardware, repair interior finishes, replace  existing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning system, replace  existing electrical infrastructure, lighting systems and accessories and fire detection and alarm, replace existing interior communication system. Replace the existing roof systems EPDM and Metal roof. Provide new parking area west of building and provide new split- face brick dumpster enclosure, provide proper pavement markings (paint), remove existing light poles and install new fiberglass light poles.
