Scope Of Work
The work was performed on three distinct sites, which included demolition of a town house building V-1515, RV Park Office facility V-932 and removing existing pavement and constructing new parking area at Community Center/RV Park Support Office V-4113. Tasks also involved testing and abatement of existing flooring and roofing materials containing asbestos and lead base paint. Firm provided all supervision, labor and equipment to remove entire building, foundation to full depth, sidewalks, and disconnect existing utilities and restore ground with sod. Firm prepared design to modify existing parking areas and construct new pavement to accommodate five recreational vehicles, twenty customer/employees vehicle parking spaces and a screened dumpster pad.
