Scope Of Work

Scope of work:

Install a new circular patio in the center of the park.  The patio will consist of a 8’ central circle of broom finished concrete surrounded by a 6’ ring of concrete that is brick red ashlar stamped, surrounded by a 2’ ring of broom finished concrete.  

Install three sidewalks/walkways:  1 from the southeast corner of the park to the circle (4’ by about 16’), one from the northeast corner of the park to the circle (4’ by about 16’) and one from the center of the west side of the park to the circle, (4’x about 12’.)

The center 8’ of the circle will support a 3,000 lb granite monument (46”w x 84”h x 14”d) a flagpole, and four in-ground can lights, one on each side of the flagpole and one on each side of the monument.  The concrete below the monument will be 12” deep and reinforced with both re-bar and fiber mesh.

City Public works will do preliminary preparation on the site, to the standards requested by the contractor.
