Scope Of Work
PJ Dick is the General Contractor for a 70,742 sf office building in Fairmont, WV. The 5-story building with a penthouse floor will house a combination of open and private offices, conference rooms, break rooms, and administrative and support spaces. The building structure is structural steel on a caisson foundation with an exterior skin of brick, precast concrete, metal panel accents, and a GRFC cornice. The project has a goal of LEED Silver.
