Scope Of Work
Bell Works is a complete revitalization and re-imagination of one of the world’s most celebrated buildings, the former Bell Labs facility. The building is a mixed-use hub consisting of 2-million square feet.
The project consisted of an adaptive reuse redevelopment to include residential, dining, entertainment, and health and wellness services, along with renovated offce space and educational facilities, a hotel and conference center.
Green Field Construction's role in this development project consisted of:
Phased renovation of 2 million square feet of commercial space.
MEPS upgrade and recon guration.
Office and retail space buildout.
Acted as in-house CM.
