Scope Of Work

1.    Remove failing area in kitchen (tile & subfloor)
2.    Reinstall new ¾” subfloor in kitchen & bar
3.    Install 6” integrated cove base (170 lnft)
4.    Mechanical Surface Preparation: To mechanically prepare concrete substrate including all edgework by use of dust-free, vacuum assisted diamond grinding, equipment
5.    To fill minor divots and cracks using Repair system
6.    Install flexible epoxy coat
7.    Install second flexible epoxy coat with #12 aggregate broadcast 
8.    Apply a polyaspartic topcoat
9.    Apply a second polyaspartic topcoat
10.    Allow floor to cure for minimum 24hrs at an average temperature of 68 degrees F (or higher)
