Scope Of Work
Tea Haunt Canvas is a fine art gallery in Hartford, CT. To accentuate the creative upscale feel a designer metallic epoxy floor coating was chosen to create the floor design.
The first hurdle the project encountered was that floor had Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT) already installed. To stay within budget, Param 5500 was installed over the VCT. Param 5500 is a self-leveling concrete floor resurfacing product that yields a level, blank canvas so that other decorative floor coatings can be installed. It is cost effective compared to tearing up old flooring or replacing concrete.
