Duraamen's Skraffino Grey microtopping/skim coat integrally colored with Colorfast (Iron Mountain) was installed in 10 floors in the elevator lobbies a building owned and managed by Dazer Properties on 150 28th Street in NYC. The specialty this project is that Skraffino was installed directly over VCT without removing the tile.
