Sealcoating

With services including sealcoating, hot tar crack filling, asphalt repairs, and line striping, Handschuh Inc. can take care of your parking lot maintenance. Previous job sizes have varied from sealing lots less than 5,000 square feet to almost 60,000 square feet in one day.

Some businesses with heavy traffic during the working day are worried there is not enough time to shut down the lot to allow for cracks to be filled or for sealer to be applied and dry thoroughly. Handschuh Incorporated has more than one solution for these common concerns. 

Depending upon job size we can break the lot down into sections to complete over a course of a couple days. Use of additives reducing drying time of the sealer allows vehicle access to the lot within a couple hours instead of a day or two. Working in the evening hours after businesses have closed to fill cracks or to seal the lot is another alternative. If that is not enough, we will even complete jobs during the weekend. Our flexibility helps us, help you.
