Scope Of Work

W.S. Cumby was engaged by Cross Properties to provide Merit Shop preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and repositioning of Penn Wynn House, a 17-story apartment building in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.

The scope of work for this project includes a complete restoration of the building’s historic exterior, including masonry repair and new windows. The interior underwent selective demolition and renovation into 231 luxury apartments. Amenities will include a gym, dog park, social lounge, pool, and a 4,000 SF rooftop deck with uninterrupted views of the Philadelphia skyline. The property is ideally located directly adjacent to a regional rail line, providing access to Center City Philadelphia in only ten minutes.
