Scope Of Work
Constructed on an occupied campus, this project includes a 20,000 SF building with a multipurpose room, classrooms, science lab, performance stage, full-service kitchen/cafeteria, gymnasium, administration offices, nurse’s office, locker rooms, and athletic fields. While in session, Waltz prioritized the safety of the students and faculty. Fences were erected, bus pick up/drop off was arranged, and parking for events such as the Spring Festival was accommodated.
