Scope Of Work

This project was part of a four-part contract that included landscaping, modifications to the existing roof structure, parking lot alterations, and patio renovations. The Waltz team had to keep the property open during construction and use unique scheduling techniques (off hour, double shift, weekend work) to ensure that the project was completed on time without much disruption. Waltz Construction had to bring all existing handicap ramps and curbs up to ADA specifications along with adding new guardrails to entrances and running all new conduit for a new patio layout that included grills and multiple electrical outlets. Also included were multiple parking areas that needed to be resurfaced and re-striped.
