Scope Of Work

The Arizona Retirement Home of Scottsdale was part of a multi-phase contract that included adding screen walls and concrete pads for future A/C units to be placed on. There was also grading and paving on the North end of the facility that had to be constructed around a new retaining wall. All new landscaping was brought in, along with a new storm drain to eliminate the chance of any flooding or standing water around the new A/C units.
