Scope Of Work
The Foundry Row project includes sitework, off-site road work and the construction of 13 buildings. The sitework portion includes all new infrastructure, site retaining walls, sidewalks, landscaping, asphalt, porous pavement, etc. The off-site road work on Reisterstown Road and Painters Mill Road includes widening of the roads, new intersections, traffic signals and infrastructure. 12 one-story retail buildings and 1 three-story retail / office building (totaling 236,000 SF) are to be built on the 45 acre site. Chesapeake also completed the demolition portion of this project.
