Scope Of Work
The project includes demolition of the existing shopping center(less Giant) approximately 65ksf, demolition of existing fast food tenants (3ksf and 2.6ksf), site demolition, new grading-utilities-SWM, delivery of building pads for fast food tenant(s), complete renovation of existing 43ksf Giant grocery with new façade.
The revitalization project included demolition, new parking lot, modern site lighting, storm water management, modern landscaping, 4 new building pads for restaurants and a 15,000 SF retail building.
