Scope Of Work
Enchanted Hills Medical Plaza is a 60,000 SF medical office built for the Medical Development Group (MDG). MDG specializes in the medical technology industry. Their key tenant is Fresenius Medical Care (FMC). FMC is a national company that specializes in dialysis and hemodialysis medicines and machines. The two story medical office was designed by Christopher Kidd & Associates who specializes in medical facilities. The building features a southwest territorial exterior design with synthetic stucco finish, wood balconies and pediment treatments at the windows. On the interior, a large atrium core services both floors with a covered entrance on the east side of the building. The facility was designed with additional medical spec office space.
