The building offers one level of retail and lobby space, five levels of above-ground parking, 17 levels of residential units, and one rooftop terrace level with common amenity areas including party rooms, theatre space, fitness center, yoga room, business center, and leasing offices.The building is a LEED certified concrete structure that includes a glass and precast concrete exterior façade.
