Scope Of Work
The two-story,15,000 square foot Preston Forest Branch of Pegasu Bank is a bank and office building on a one-acre site.
Natural limestone clads the exterior of the building with a custom curtainwall system highlighting the main feature stairwell. High end finishes occupy the first floor that is roughly 8,000 square feet. Finishes include custom stain grade wood paneling throughout the interior, limestone and natural wood flooring, brass cladding and vinyl wall covering. The second floor is designed as a white box to accommodate future tenants.
