Scope Of Work
The interior transformation of two locations for the Grace Fellowship Church included redevelopment of commercial offices to create their East Greenbush location and redevelopment of a former fitness center to create their Saratoga location.
At East Greenbush, 10,000 square feet of renovations turn a two-story office building into a community church with a worship auditorium, classrooms, offices, and support spaces.
At Saratoga, more than 16,000 square feet of renovations convert a gym to a church with a similar balance of worship space, classrooms, offices, and ancillary space.
