Scope Of Work
Hotel renovation to over 40,000 square feet for Diamond Rock Hospitality. Scope of work included 7,000 square feet of reconfiguration of the existing spa area, conversion of an existing indoor pool to a fitness area, interior renovations to the lobby, bar and restaurant, and renovations to meeting rooms. We also completed close to 6,000 square feet of exterior renovations and 19,307 square feet of renovations at the pool, terrace and east wing south facade
