Scope Of Work
Our team completed the renovation of the first two floors of this hotel, totaling 22,280 square feet. Demolition included floor finish, drywall, wall finish, restrooms, stairs and more. We installed new wall tile and flooring throughout. There was extensive finish out included for the restaurant Toro Toro, including MEP rework, new fixtures and installation of decorative lighting.
