Scope Of Work
Our team completed all new construction of the Archer Hotel in Florham Park, New Jersey. This Archer location is a 4-level boutique hotel. Our work includes full buildout with podium slab, wood framing, exterior façade, interior finishes and all associated sitework. With 161 guestrooms and over 108,000 square feet, the Archer Hotel in New Jersey is bringing a distinctive industrial chic style and vibe to the community. Amenities include luxe suits, a lively cocktail bar and patio, an inviting backyard with bocce ball court and upscale service.
