This three story mixed use building in Benicia’s Historical District finished in 2009 has residential space above and commercial space at street level. It features Insulated Concrete Form construction, travertine and stained concrete floors, and radiant heat throughout. The builing has 3 1/2 times the floor space of the building it replaced and 1/4 of the PG&E costs.
