Scope Of Work
New six-level, 560 car, post-tensioned concrete parking garage in Erie, PA. Work included elevator, architectural precast, site parking and landscape work
We have also done numerous renovations and repair projects on almost all of the parking garages in Erie. Some of them include:
Site K-1 - full-depth slab repairs to post-tensioned ramp, including shoring
Site M-1 - stair tower and elevator addition
SiteQ - full-depth slab repairs, beam and column repairs, with shoring, weatherproof membrane
Site D-1 - new 410 car post-tensioned ramp adjacent to existing ramp
