Dale Froehlich has been in division 07 or waterproofing/caulking construction industry since graduating from Manchester High School West in 1999, he took his first job offer from Gemstone Caulking where he continued to work for 9 years in this time he went from a labor to managing his own crew and projects, soon after he went to work for himself when he started Cobra Restoration and was sole owner of this company for five years.  Cobra Restoration was dissolved when Dale was offered an opportunity to merge with Eric Boelzner, which is the son of the owner of Gemstone Caulking, David Covell who was forced to retire due to health issues.  David Covell still plays a part in our company as a part-time estimator and consultant.
